Official Rules
1. Eligibility: No purchase or obligation necessary to participate and win. All participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of contest participation. Employees of Publix Employee Federal Credit Union, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible to register for the contest.
2. How to Enter the Contest: Visit any Publix Employee Federal Credit Union branch location, between April 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026 and complete the entry form. Alternatively, mail an entry form containing your complete name, address, age, daytime/evening phone numbers, email address, and the words, ”Gas on us Giveaway” on a plain piece of “3 x 5” paper, and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Publix Employee Federal Credit Union, ATTN: Gas on us Giveaway. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2026 and received by June 5, 2026.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publix Employee Federal Credit Union will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries. All entries become the property of Publix Employee Federal Credit Union and none will be returned. Publix Employee Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with, violating, or abusing any aspect of the contest.
3. Determining the Winner: A Credit Union employee will select at random one Grand Prize Winner and all winners for other prizes from all entries received on or before May 31st, 2026. You do not have to be present to win. Winner will be notified by mail, email, or telephone within 30 days. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be located or does not respond by deadline date, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner will be required to claim prizes by providing proof of eligibility for prize won and completing and signing an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.
4. Prizes: Grand Prize: A $3,000 gas gift card. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and the Credit Union reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. By entering this Contest, you also acknowledge and agree that your personal information from any entry form may be used by Sponsor(s) for internal marketing analyses and to provide participant with information from time to time about Publix Employee Federal Credit Union and its services, products, and promotions. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.pefcu.com/officialrules. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Credit Union.
