Lost or Stolen Card?

Call (855) 477-1129 to:

  • Report lost or stolen card(s)
  • Activate card(s)
  • Update Personal Identification Numbers (PINs)
  • Dispute transactions

Note: You can also access the Card Control tab via Online Banking or the PEFCU Mobile Banking app to temporarily or permanently block your card before calling PEFCU to report it lost or stolen.  

If you reported your card lost or stolen and need a new card issued, visit your nearest branch location or call our Member Contact Center at (800) 226-6673.
