Official Rules
The Tigers ticket giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) at Publix Employees Federal Credit Union is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read and agrees to these Official Rules. Results of the Sweepstakes promotion are FINAL in all respects. The promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes Promotion Period begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/25/2026 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on 2/27/2026.
Eligibility
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must: be a Member of Publix Employees Federal Credit Union in good standing and be 18 years of age or older as of the date of your entry.
The Following Persons Are Not Eligible To Enter The Sweepstakes
Employees, officers, and directors of Publix Employees Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of such persons, whether or not related. “Immediate families or households”, for purposes of ineligibility for this Promotion, includes parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step-grandchildren), and each of their respective spouses are ineligible.
How To Enter
Fill out the form with your first and last name, email address, and whether you want to pick up the tickets from our Lakeland Main branch or Oakbridge branch.
Limitations on Entries
Limit one prize per person per household. Prize is non-transferable and no prize substitution permitted. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize Award, Announcement, and Restrictions
Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these Official Rules. The winner will be contacted via email. The Prize for this Sweepstakes will be a 4-pack of Detroit Tigers tickets for the Spring Training game on March 16, 2026.
Drawing
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place within 48 hours of the giveaway end date and time. The drawing will be conducted by the PEFCU Marketing Department, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. PEFCU reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by email.
Inability of PEFCU to contact the winner by email within three (3) business days after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at PEFCU’s discretion.
Prizes must be picked up from a one of two (2) PEFCU branches (either Lakeland Main or Oakbridge) after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If a prize is not picked up within seven (7) business days of being notified, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
General Terms
You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless PEFCU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents and assigns from and against any or all claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants PEFCU a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND PEFCU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
