If you actively use biometric authentication on your iPhone; your FaceID (facial recognition), or TouchID (fingerprint), the latest version may not be recognizing your registered biometrics settings. If this is the case, please delete the current app from your mobile device, then reinstall the updated version of PEFCUMobile via the download link included in the email sent from App Center Team earlier this afternoon. If you would rather log in using your username and password, then deleting and reinstalling the app isn’t necessary.
