You’ve been asking for it, and it’s finally here! On August 9, 2022, we are launching our new mobile banking app – PEFCUMobile! PEFCUMobile will offer a brand-new look and feel, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We’re adding cutting-edge new features that will make banking remotely a breeze – just like you always wanted! PEFCUMobile offers exciting features that give you more power—like the ability to pay a person using just their phone number or email address and move money between your PEFCU accounts and other financial institutions, easy password reset, a sleek new look, and more.
Logging In to PEFCUMobile
As of August 9, 2022, if you have automatic updates enabled in your phone settings, it should automatically update and open the new PEFCUMobile app when you log in to the PEFCU Mobile Banking app. If automatic app updates are not turned on, search for and update "PEFCUMobile" in your device's app store. From there, you must log in with your username and password.
If you don’t remember your username and/or password, you can use the Forgot Username/Password feature right from your phone—no need to make an extra call to log in! Password changes apply to both PEFCUMobile and online banking. If you usually use biometric authentication (facial recognition), you can enable these options after your first login and use them to log in to PEFCUMobile going forward.
Note: There are currently no changes to our online banking site, so you can still log in to online banking as usual.
