Currently, if you are a PEFCU Visa® credit cardholder, you can access your ScoreCard® rewards account from your online and mobile banking accounts. However, starting January 15, 2022 at 11 p.m. EST, the ScoreCard® website will undergo updates that will temporarily affect your ability to access your rewards this way. Once the scheduled update occurs, you will receive an error message if you try to access your rewards from your online or mobile banking account.
Although access from your mobile and online banking accounts will be temporarily disabled, you can still access your rewards account by visiting scorecardrewards.com. Once there, you can either a.) log in with the username and password you created when you initially created your ScoreCard® account; or b.) update your username and password if you don’t remember them; or c.) register as a new user if you’ve never registered before. You can also call 1-800-854-0790 for certain requests (not including cash back or gift card redemption).
