New Convenient Banking Options

We know the challenging times we are in may have impacted the way that you bank. We appreciate your patience and commitment to PEFCU as we overcome these challenges together. As we move in the right direction, we'd like to share some convenient ways for you to access and manage your PEFCU accounts.

Drive-Thru Only Services

As you may know, we are following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidance for social distancing. We have temporarily adjusted branch operations so that we can continue to meet your needs. The adjustments are as follows:

  • Royal Palm Beach Branch: The lobby will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to service members via the drive-thru and the drive-thru ATM.
  • Jacksonville Branch: The lobby will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to service members at the drive-thru.

All Other PEFCU Branch Operations

We are excited to announce that, effective Monday, March 30, 2020, our Pembroke Pines branch will be open for in-branch services. Like most of our other branches, you’ll be able to call ahead to schedule appointments for your visits so that you can avoid longer wait times. Walk-ins are still welcome, though we will limit the number of members entering the branch at once for your health and safety.

We will continue to serve members who don’t have an appointment, though there may be longer wait times due to the capacity rules. Due to the possibility of longer wait times, we will temporarily extend our Wednesday hours of operation from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., until further notice.

CO-OP ATM Network 

Don’t worry about foreign ATM surcharges when you need cash. PEFCU is now part of one of the largest networks of ATMs in the nation!  

With nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs throughout all 50 states and 10 countries, the CO-OP ATM Network gives you easy access to your PEFCU account from almost anywhere! Make surcharge-free withdrawals, transfer funds, and view your balance. You can even make ATM deposits at select CO-OP ATM locations. Just look for the CO-OP ATM Network logo.

Digital Services

Remember that many of the services that we offer can be accessed via Online Banking (www.pefcu.com) or the PEFCU Mobile Banking app. This includes loan payments, mobile check deposits, balance transfers, and more!
