We know that all aspects of your life have been impacted. To ease any possible burdens, we have proactively committed to waiving all late fees assessed on any PEFCU loans in April 2020. This includes late fees for credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, Personal Lines of Credit, and more.
We are overcoming the obstacles caused by COVID-19 together with our members. Remember that in addition to waiving late fees in April, out of respect of time and concern for your health and safety, we have already made the following operational adjustments:
- Drive-thru services at select branches
- Appointments for branch visits
- Extended branch hours on Wednesday (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Extended Member Contact Center hours on Wednesdays (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Digital support via Live Chat online and via the messaging features of Online Banking and the PEFCU Mobile Banking app

Remember, you can take advantage of our digital services via Online Banking (www.pefcu.com), the PEFCU Mobile Banking app, and Computerized Access by Telephone (call 1-800-226-6673 to enroll). From these platforms, you can view your account balances, transfer money, sign up for Bill Pay, and more. You can even make mobile deposits via the PEFCU Mobile Banking app!
