As you know, the concerns about COVID-19 requires our country to make major adjustments to the way that we live our daily lives. We understand that these unusual circumstances can be unsettling. Please be assured that, as your Credit Union, PEFCU is always considering innovative approaches that will allow us to continue our stellar service to you while putting the safety and health of our members and employees first.
Temporary Lobby Closures
Following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidance for social distancing, we are temporarily adjusting our branch operations so that we can continue to meet your needs. Effective immediately, the following branches will operate as follows:
Royal Palm Beach Branch: The lobby will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to service members via the drive-thru and the drive-thru ATM.
Jacksonville Branch: The lobby will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to service members via the drive-thru.
Pembroke Pines Branch: The lobby will be temporarily closed until further notice. All in-person activities will be suspended until further notice.
All Other PEFCU Branch Operations
While we understand that your time is valuable, we must make your health and safety our priorities. Therefore, for all other PEFCU branches, we will allow only a certain number of members inside the lobby at one time. For more efficient service, we will serve members by appointment and walk-in. Remember, we will continue to serve members who don’t have an appointment, though there may be longer wait times due to the capacity constraints. Due to the possibility of longer wait times, we will temporarily extend our Wednesday hours of operation from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., until further notice.
Remember that many of our services that we offer can be accessed via Online Banking (www.pefcu.com) or the PEFCU Mobile Banking app. This includes loan payments, mobile check deposits, balance transfers, and more!
