Updates Regarding COVID-19

We realize that there are many updates regarding COVID-19, and that much of your daily life has been disrupted. While much of this has been unforeseen, PEFCU strives to make sure that we continue to provide the same stellar service that you know. We are committed to being flexible and transparent, and we will continue to share the most accurate information available with you regarding our Credit Union.
- Mortgage loan closings will proceed as scheduled, unless specific notification has been made. We will honor rate locks for closings that must be rescheduled.
- Since it is suggested that you refrain from visiting crowded public spaces, please keep in mind that in-person applications are not necessary. You can apply for new loans or mortgages via Online Banking (www.pefcu.com) or the PEFCU Mobile Banking app. We can process and review most applications submitted online or via mobile banking, and you are free to follow-up via telephone.
- Additional services can be accessed digitally via Online Banking (www.pefcu.com) or the PEFCU Mobile Banking app. You can view your balance, submit mobile deposits, use Bill Pay, and more.
