Coronavirus- Updated Information on Branch Hours and Operations
The safety and well-being and of our members and employees is a top priority for us. We are evaluating our branch operations daily and have adjusted our operating hours at some of our branch locations.
| Lakeland Branch |
Due to possible longer wait times, we will temporarily extend Wednesday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. until further notice. Effective Friday, 3/20/2020, we are limiting the number of members in our branch locations at one time. For more efficient service, we will assist members by appointment and walk-in. If you would like to schedule an appointment so that we can serve you at your convenience, please call our Member Contact Center at 800-226-6673 or our Lakeland branch at 863-683-6404. We will continue to assist members who don’t have an appointment, though there may be longer wait times due to capacity constraints. Effective Monday, 3/30/2020, our Pembroke Pines branch will reopen and be servicing members during normal business hours. We are limiting the number of members in our branch locations at one time.
