To Begin E-Statements
It's as easy as filling in your e-mail address and accepting
the terms to our E-Statement Disclosure. If you accept these
terms your next statement will not be mailed to you. Instead
you will receive an e-mail notifying you when your statement
is available on Webb-it 24 home banking. Then to view your
statement and/or newsletter, simply click on the link provided
in the e-mail. This will direct you to Webb-it 24 home banking
where you can click on the E-Statement tab. Be sure to view
your monthly newsletter and insert so that you can keep up
with the latest services and benefits we provide.
Your statement will be available to view for twelve months. You
may download any statement to your own computer. You may also
request a paper copy of any statement by contacting us at 1-800-226-6673.
There is a small fee for this print-out. To view your statement
you will need access to Adobe Acrobat Reader. (Click
here to
download the reader program for free). Get

Please notify us immediately if you change your e-mail address.
If, for any reason, the notification is returned to us as undeliverable,
we may switch you back to paper statements at any time. You can
then re-enroll for E-Statements at your convenience.
To Discontinue E-Statements
If you would like to discontinue your E-statement service and
discontinue all e-mail notifications, contact our Call Center
at toll-free 1-800-226-6673, or send a note through the Webb-it
24 home banking Message Board by clicking on the Other Options
tab.
PEFCU E-Statement Disclosure
Agreement to Receive Periodic Statements Electronically-Part 1
As of this date, I agree to receive periodic statements electronically.
I understand that I will need to have access to Webb-It Home
Banking using my current access password for secure access.
Agreement to Receive Periodic Statements Electronically-Part II
This agreement governs the account(s) owned by member signing
up for E-Statement, along with any other documents applicable
to this account(s), including the Credit Union's Electronic Funds
Transfer Agreement and Important Account Information. You (the
member) acknowledges that a printed periodic statement will no
longer be mailed. If, at any time, you no longer want to receive
the periodic statement you must notify PEFCU by calling toll-free
1-800-226-6673 at which time a written notification will be requested
before request will be granted. It is understood that any actions
that are to be taken by PEFCU under this agreement will not be
taken until PEFCU has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon
such actions.
A link to the periodic statement through Webb-It 24 home banking
will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you and you are
agreeing to the fact that you are an account owner of the accounts
for which you are requesting E-Statements. You must notify PEFCU
within 30 days after we have sent the e-mail to view your E-Statement
with any discrepancies in your statement. If you fail to notify
PEFCU, you will have no claim against PEFCU. However, if the
discrepancy is the result of an electronic funds transfer, the
provisions of PEFCU's Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement will
control this resolution. If you fail to read your statement or
have supplied PEFCU with an incorrect e-mail address PEFCU may
stop sending statements until you specifically make a written
request that PEFCU resume sending the statements and a proper
e-mail address is provided to PEFCU. You agree that PEFCU is
not liable to you if you are unable to access the e-mail, download
the statement, or print the statement due to an equipment error
on your end.
